[Video Highlights] Tottenham 0-1 Fulham: Berbatov Dents Spurs Top Four Hopes

By on March 17, 2013

Tottenham’s hopes of a top-four finish took a huge blow on Sunday afternoon when they fell to a shock 1-0 loss to Fulham at White Hart Lane.

After a forgettable first half the visitors shocked the home side when former Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov opened the scoring when he tapped home from close range in the 52nd minute. It turned out to be the only goal of the game as Spurs fell to a third straight defeat and now sit fourth in the table, just four points off fifth place Arsenal who have a game in hand. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic -No other word for it. 3 losses inside a week. Never never never play Vertonghen @ left back – Benny and Bale on left – not exactly rocket science is it.

I really do hope we we are not in Europa next season if we don’t qualify for CL..
Imploding again cos we have NO TOP CLASS STRIKERS. LEVY, U need to spend £mills for 2 top notch STRIKERS.

Gte used to it folks, probably only a couple of wins before season end..

Good old spurs implosion. AVB boots too big for himself, maybe he will go better next year.

I didn’t even watch or listen to the game, but just looking at the video highlights starter screen tells you a lot: all of their heads are down.
