Chelsea and Manchester United may be interested to hear that Thibaut Courtois and David De Gea remain in Barcelona’s sights after the Spanish giants cut their goalkeeping wish-list down to just three names, according to the Mirror.

The soon-to-be La Liga champions are on the look-out for a long-term replacement for Victor Valdes after the long-serving stopper announced his decision not to extend his contract at the Nou Camp back in January.

With Valdes’ current deal set to expire in 2014, the Mirror claim Barca are already on the look out for his successor and have cut their hit-list down to just three names; Chelsea’s Courtois, United’s De Gea and Valencia’s Vicente Guaita.

The report suggests 26-year-old Guaita has been in excellent form for Valencia and may prove to be the cheapest option for the Catalans, with sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta set to commence negotiations for the three keepers in the coming weeks.

While Chelsea and Man Utd fans may be concerned that Barca could lure away their promising young goalkeepers, Liverpool fans will breath a sign of relief with the Mirror claiming the Spaniard’s no longer hold an interest in Pepe Reina.

Chelsea’s Courtois has been in superb form for Atletico Madrid over the past two seasons and has announced today that he’s not interested in returning to Stamford Bridge to play second fiddle to Petr Cech, while question marks remain over whether Sir Alex Ferguson sees De Gea as his long-term No.1, so both could be available at the right price this summer.
