Arsenal & Chelsea Fixtures Moved For Live TV Coverage

Arsenal and Chelsea have confirmed that two of their remaining Premier League fixtures have been moved in order to fit in with live TV coverage.

Arsenal

The Gunners announced on Arsenal.com this afternoon that they have received confirmation from the Premier League that kick offs for their clashes with Queens Park Rangers and Wigan Athletic has both been rescheduled.

Arsenal travel to Loftus Road on Saturday May 4th and kick off has been moved from 3pm to 5.30pm so the game can be viewed live on ESPN, while their fixture with relegation-threatened Wigan at the Emirates on Sunday May 12th has been brought forward from 3.00pm to 1.30pm and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Now we know the new date for the game you can get your Arsenal v Wigan tickets but it’s worth remembering the match may have to be rescheduled again for the week commencing Monday 13th if Wigan beat Millwall to reach the FA Cup final.

Chelsea

London rivals Chelsea have also announced on Chelseafc.com that their two away fixtures against Manchester United and Aston Villa have also been rescheduled.

The clash with United at Old Trafford which was originally arranged for Saturday 4th May will now kick off at 4.00pm on Sunday 5th and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, while the game at Villa Park on Saturday 11th May has been brought forward to 12.45pm to once again be the live match on Sky Sports.

However, this clash will also be rescheduled for the week commencing Monday 13th if Chelsea reach the FA Cup final.
