Chelsea welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge on the final day of the season looking for victory to secure third place in the Premier League table.

The Blues head into the game sitting two points above Arsenal so will need a win to guarantee third spot and with it automatic qualification to the group stages of the Champions League.

The game will also be Rafa Benitez and David Moyes last games in charge of their respective teams. Benitez is set to leave his role as interim boss at Chelsea while Moyes takes charge of his last game with the Toffees before replacing Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, so both managers will want to sign off with a win.
