ARSENAL ANNOUNCE 18-MAN CARLING CUP SQUAD

Wenger names Eboue, Song and Rosicky in Arsenal’s 18-man squad to face Manchester City.

Arsenal will be looking to get back to winning ways following the disappointing home defeat to Chelsea. While Manchester City will be hoping to end a run of 7 successive draws. Arsene Wenger has stuck to his policy of giving youth a chance in the Carling Cup by naming a host of his young stars including Craig Eastmond who impressed against Liverpool in the last round, and Sanchez Watt who will be keen to add to his strike against West Brom in the 3rd round. Wenger has opted to include players like Rosicky, Silvestre, Song and Eboue to add a bit of experience for this tough cup tie.
