Suarez Camp Ready To Present Liverpool With Legal Documents To Force Through Move

Luis Suarez’ agent is ready to present legal documents to Liverpool FC to try and prove they have a case in their dispute over the strikers release clause.

With the summer transfer window in full swing, there is plenty of gossip doing the rounds in the newspapers so we’ll keep you up-to-date with the latest transfer rumours. Today, more on the future of Luis Suarez.

Luis-Suarez-Liverpool

Luis Suarez’ agent is ready to present legal documents to Liverpool to try and prove they have a case in their dispute over the strikers release clause with fresh talks pencilled in for Friday, according to the Mirror.

The Uruguayan is at odds with Liverpool over a supposed clause in the players contract that Suarez claims entitles him to leave if any club in the Champions League tables an offer in excess of £40m. The Reds are adamant this is not the case and have rejected a £40,000,001 offer from Arsenal with owner John W Henry saying last week selling to the Gunners would be ‘ludicrous’.

Boss Brendan Rodgers has forced Suarez to train alone and has demanded an apology before he’ll be welcomed back into the squad but the striker is refusing to do so as he feels betrayed by his manager and the club for what he believes is a breach of contract.

The Mirror claim the striker is determined to force a move away from Anfield this summer and Arsenal are expected to go back in with an improved third offer this week. Should that move fail to persuade Liverpool into selling, the newspaper suggests that Suarez’s agent will try and arrange talks with the Merseysiders on Friday where he’ll present legal documents that they feel proves they have a case in their contract clause wrangle.

The report also claims that Suarez’s camp are sounding out interest from abroad after Liverpool made it perfectly clear they do not want to sell to Arsenal, so they think a move overseas will be easier to engineer.

An obvious potential destination is Real Madrid but the Spaniard’s appear focussed on their pursuit of Garth Bale and there has been no talk of interest from elsewhere, so Arsenal remain the only viable option at present.

It will be interesting to see how this saga plays out but with less than three weeks left of the summer transfer window, Suarez is running out of time to force a move away from Anfield.

There is still time, 3wks to go, though virtualy no out and out 9 again in the market. I think Lewandowski probably enjoyed his goal during the week end and so means that midtable clubs like liverworm cant even imagine saying ‘hi’ to such a world class. If Gareth Bale was in liverworm, they could ask machine madrid to pay them €200m. I forsee liverworm in championship soon, if they want to stay up, they should sell that young drcular and buy average players, time is running. With or without luis, lol! Una sabi na

This is completely enslavery of the modern days. Pls Fifa should look into this and act fast! Why not allow a player, particularly the unhappy one to move on! There was a PROME made to him by the manager and the entire staff of liverpool fc in the begining of last season, whether writen or not, but Luis can’t be lying if there was no such agreement ofcourse. Just let him go! This is no longer football that is supposed to unify everybody in the world which the main reason the game is established! Look at John W Henry’s statement the other day; Selling to Arsenal is ”LUDICROUS”: Why on earth should a man at such pedigree make that comment. John w Henry should have a rethink and appologise not only to Arsenal, rather the entire footballing world.

Because suarez has done the same thing when he wanted to move to Ajax. He is a serial liar, he said he never racially abused evra, to which he did. he then says he wants to leave liverpool because of the english media and all of a sudden he changes his mind and now he wants to go to Arsenal. The irony is he has used two English journalists to do this! he is a liar. Rogers is right, he has been backed through the darkest times of his career and he has made those statements about the clubs, so he should apologise, not for wanting for leave but for trying to make a mockery of the club. You talk about football unity, but you obviously don’t know what your saying, as suarez is the complete opposite of what you are talking about. We are right to stand firm on not selling him to Arsenal, why should we give in to demands of suarez, he has no morals, no respect for the club, let him rot.

Yeah, how very noble of Liverpool to back their best player in a racism case in which he was clearly guilty. What a classy club they are. How important he is to your club is blatantly obvious by the amount of crying done by your fans, manager and really classy chairman. What’s he smoking these days btw? Face it, you’re not the big club you think you are anymore. You’re just like arsenal. When a better opportunity arises your players will jump ship. Now keep showing that class you scousers are well known for 😉

After all the years arsenal nurses vanpersie’s injury, the only season he was able to play a consistent football he called for a transfer and truly he left to manchester. So liverpool should pls forget about backing him when he in his mischief or whatever. If not that vanpersie contract was just 1year left he would have behave the same suarez his behaving now.

I wish everyone here would just wait and see what develops between LFC and the player. It is their problem to resolve. Slandering and abuse by all involved in these posts will not help the situation.

Let him do it, even if he is allowed to leave the Judge is likely to say can do so for market value, which in reality will be in excess of £60 Million. That is 6 months down the line way into the season and long enough if he does not play ball to be completely not in shape to play in World Cup!

Suarez said he would move to Real Madrid because he hates the british media who have said a lot of shit to him but he used the same media to englneer his move out of liverpool. So who is the liar? Suarez or Liverpool? There may be a gentleman agreement between them but how to u sell to someone who is a rival contender for the top four. It is ludicrous and vague. So arsenal could look elsewhere and try sign rooney since they sold RVP to the same Manure.

1 tin i no is dat Suarez cant com out 2 say he had an agrement wit rodgers wen its not true. L/pool shld no dat dey a no longer a top 4 club. Even cavani echoed dat suarez rejected juventus last season jus to prove his loyalty. I tink suarez has don his best. If u score 30 goals in a season and ur club stil did nt get in d top 4, den its nt ur fault. Suarez shld be let 2 leave amfield, dey cant offer him anytin.

Likewise if you are using force to keep someone that you love dearly that’s I called it imprisonment!!! it is completely brutal and ridiculous…this fiasco between Suarez and LFC clearly shows that Liverpool would be completely impotent and useless once they have lost their talisman. If this is what Rogers says, a club with rich in traditions and history then obviously he”s talking lots of rubbish!! How can rich in traditions when the whole squad is so dependent on one man?

So you people claim he is being held against his will, are you all just as naive as Suarez the guy signed a new contract last year no one forced him if he wanted out that badly then why not leave then. You armchair fans of Arsenal have got a serious problem your the first to rant and air your views when your best players leave its not another teams fault that they don’t want to buckle to a selfish players demands and why should they .

Whuch sane club will sell their best player not only to rival but to a direct rival for a top four finish ??
I’ll rather keep suarez with me upset and not allow him to play then to sell him to my direct competition which could potentially cost me a top four position.

Honestly, what are you guys smokin these days ??

Then again common sense is not so common nowadays..

Happy or unhappy, the player has a contract with the club and he gets payed. Is being unhappy or happy a way of deciding a contract? If the contract says he has a clause the club would have entered into negotiation. But to be realistic Hulk £53m, Falcao £51m, cavani £55m. And when arsenal was to come with a second bid hoping he has a clause they came with +£1, is that not enough to annoy a seller? Think of the last time you heard such a thing. If you think he has habit problem and do not deserve that amount, then why is arsenal chasing him? If they want him i think they should pay the price.

3 Year Contract – Check. Disputed contract clause- Check Get advice from Players Union-Check Players Union say clause doesn’t exist – check. Back to Contract which is between owners who do not want to sell and player who now decides he wants to leave. Player stamps feet and sulks he doesn’t want to play therefore don’t play If he wants to take Liverpool to court let him. He can then explain how he broke his contract by disclosing details of his contract to a competitor in any other job he would be locked up for insider dealing or disclosing confidential information to a competitor. whilst he’s at it he can also explain why he has’t put in a written transfer request that would cost him 10% of the transfer fee approx 5 million plus. Suarez its time to put up or shut up. Liverpool will keep paying him (hardly slavery)and let him rot in the reserves until he shows he wants to play and apologizes for being very badly advised.

    • Rickyftb

      August 13, 2013 at 5:51 pm

Locked up for insider trading? Hahahahahahahaha wtf are you smoking fella? I’d say you’d be much more likely to be locked up for racial abuse or, ummmm let’s say, assault. And oh how you scousers clamoured for the full weight of the law to be used against your luis then…………… Didn’t you? No?!?! Ffs climb down off that high horse. The farmer you stole it from wants it back 😉

The full weight of the law that came down on John Terry ……. Oh yes I forgot he is White English and the England Captain to boot and I also forgot the FA believe that Racism isn’t as Bad as minor assault. As far as I am concerned Suarez should either honor his contract or rot am not bothered if that is at Melwood or on Loan at CSKA Moscow as long as he is not knocking in 25 goals + this season for any other EPL team. maybe if Arsenal had balls darling RVP wouldn’t now be playing for Manure. It is now as clear as a sunny day that desperation has now set in at the emirates, or how else does one explain the rantings of the GONERS? Please who btw us two is desperate? LFC “the bonafide owners of suarez” or the STINGY SMOKING ARSENE & CO at the emirates? Next time, don’t put all your rotten eggs in a leaking basket.

      August 13, 2013 at 6:38 pm

Yep, we desperately need a centre forward. If we’d only got Andy Carroll at the cut price bargain you got him for we wouldn’t be so desperate. We could do with a winger too and a midfielder. Wonder what those boys downing and Henderson are up to? They’re bound to be going on the cheap aren’t they? Scousers with short memories. Desperation buys are your speciality ffs.

Agreement or no agreement, its better to cash out on him, than have an unhappy player at the squad or you risk having him do what Lescott did to Everton when they wouldnt let him go, like wise what Cahill did. You could also also risk selling him later for 20bucks or less. Would you be a player at 26, a 30goals a season player and be content playing in the Europa league? You guys dont know Jack about loyalty, a player’s ambition has nothing to do with loyalty. Afterall you sold Torres to Chelsea or isn’t Chelsea a rival club, and it wasnt like, keeping Torres would have made your chances of being in the Europian Champions Tourney any better. Some whining Liverpool and give Suarez to us already, we’l make better use of him(scoffs).

Bendtner cost £220 grand ffs hahahahaha. The other 2 were a third of the price of Carroll!! John w Henry has spent the cost of Bendtner every day since he’s been at Liverpool on transfers alone!!!! And they still finished seventh, yes SEVENTH in the league last year. And you wonder why Suarez wants to leave your poxy club?

If Rogers was quite sure that no player is bigger than LFC, then they should allow Suarez to leave & fulfil his destiny. LFC should stop living the past glory that their big club. Suarez is bigger than a club who cannot dream of getting close to trophy in some years to come.

Brenda she is a right liar. And Enry what a twonk she couldn’t run a hamster wheel lol. This boy has slapped all your PR stunts down and now you call out ‘Court talk’ (You lot are specialist’s in that i think). Yes this is naughty and yes it must hurt, But also it is justice your neck has been on the block for 23 years (and your team has been an absolute ‘CLINKER’ for that long aswell lol) and it have needed a sharp talon for awhile sic. When i think of L.F.C i think of failure i know you swing the 8 yr stick at us, But our achievement as stated by G.Neville, Ferguson, Cruyff and Benitez (yes him) is the stadium build. Before the shackles were put on we were unstoppable but familiarity breeds contempt dont it soft lads and A.F.C ave no money and all the old cliches, But one thing that everyone has missed is all the set-up which played the finest football this English game has ever seen is still in place and now he can compete Oh-Yeah shit that is a fact ain’t it KOP-OUTS. You have too be honest soft lads why does he want to represent a novice (in Brenda) or like Forlan quoted Arsene as a master manager i know who i would choose. It has leg’s and the day it happens i swear, I will rub it in on every scouse face that i find sleeping on the streets you have no class and are extremely weak and it makes me smile that it is us that are exposing your seemingly permanent fragile state. and once it is over i hope this burn’s in your empty heads. Dont F%$k with the Arsenal because they are our superior’s and from now on we will call A.F.C fans DADDY because MrBonzai83 said so!!!!! I hope you lot are the next Newcastle i really do but they have better support and truer at that,Peace!!!!!!!!!

Everyone have said their minds,I think the issue on ground only known perfectly to God,but there are certain things I have noticed, the way Luis openly talked means he had been frustrated to,he didn’t say he had like a move to Arsenal when he came from break but the way Liverpool acted really made him decided once, claiming he is happy @ the club. This guy had oppurtunity to join Juventus last season but he didn’t all because he wanted to give the club another chance, eventually Juventus won the leageu and are in CL already. That is being loyal, friends!Looking at RVP case is quite different from his. From the statements Rodger and John W Henry have been making so far make me belief there is something behind this issue. How can you keep a player who is not happy @ the club?Very bad.I lay Football bodies or associations to look into this matter and justify the case.
