Arsenal kick off the new Premier League season as they welcome Aston Villa to the Emirates Stadium this afternoon.

Arsene Wenger has his fair share of injury worries t contend with and is down to the bare bones already with Thomas Vermaelen, Nacho Monreal, Mikel Arteta, Abou Diaby and Ryo Miyaichi all out injured.

Tomas Rosicky and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain start today alongside Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud. With Arteta out, Jack Wilshere partners Aaron Ramsey in midfield. Yaya Sanogo makes the bench.
