David Moyes secured his first home win as Manchester United boss as they beat Crystal Palace 2-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.

Robin van Persie opened the scoring from the penalty spot shortly before half time when Dikacoi was sent off for bringing down Ashley Young when he was threw on goal. United had to wait until the closing stages to seal the three points but Wayne Rooney made it 2-0 with a late free-kick.
