Liverpool got back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 3-1 win over Sunderland on Sunday afternoon.
Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring before he set up Luis Suarez twice to secure the three points and as is customary these days, several players took to their official Twitter account to react to the game.
Right-back Glen Johnson, who is currently out injured, said it was a good three points while Kolo Toure was also quick to praise the ‘fantastic’ away fans for their support.
Summer signing Simon Mignolet – who was playing against his old club – said it was a very good result for the Reds before wishing his old side well for the rest of the season, Mamadou Sahko was pleased to get his first win under his belt and Victor Moses said he was ‘buzzing’ after the win.
