Chelsea take on Norwich City at Carrow Road on Sunday afternoon looking to keep pace with the early league leaders.

The Blues head into the game sitting sixth in the Premier League but will move to within two points of Liverpool with a win today.

Jose Mourinho has been forced to make a change from the side that beat Steaua Bucharest in midweek with Demba Ba replacing the injured Fernando Torres up front. Juan Mata and Andre Schurrle keep their places in attack while Frank Lampard partners Ramires in midfield.
