Chelsea welcome West Brom  to Stamford Bridge on Saturday looking to close the gap at the top of the Premier League.

The Blues are currently five points adrift of Arsenal following last weekends loss to Newcastle at St James Park but can move to within two points with a win today.

Jose Mourinho has recalled Eden Hazard for the game after dropping him for the midweek win over Schalke after he missed a training session last week following a trip to France.
