Real Sociedad forward Antoine Griezmann claims that Manchester United are keeping a close eye on his progress while Tottenham are also believed to be interested, according to the Express.
Griezmann burst onto the scene last year when his 10 goals in 34 games helped Sociedad claim a surprise top-four finish in La Liga to qualify for this seasons Champions League.
The 22-year-old has continued that excellent form into this season, already bagging 8 goals in 10 games, and has broken into the senior France national team set-up.
It seems Griezmann’s potential hasn’t gone unnoticed here in the Premier League with the Express stating that Tottenham Hotspur have been showing signs of interest in the attacker while the player himself has recently claimed that champions United are also keeping an eye on him.
“I know that some English clubs are looking at me and Manchester United is on that list.
“It’s nice to hear that but it doesn’t influence my work.” Griezmann is quoted as saying by the Express
The newspaper suggests that Greizmann has a £25m buy-out clause in his contract so United and Spurs know they can snap him up at that price. However, the English duo could have stiff competition from throughout Europe with the report claiming that Barcelona and Juventus are also tracking the exciting Frenchman.
