[Teams] Leverkusen vs Man Utd: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on November 27, 2013

Manchester United take on Bayer Leverkusen tonight looking for a win that would secure their place in the knockout phase of the Champions League.

United head into the game sitting top of Group A but just 3 points separates the top three so victory is needed this evening to avoid having to get something form the final game against third-placed Shakhtar Donetsk.

Boss David Moyes has opted to play the same defence that faced Cardiff on Sunday, while Phil Jones comes in to the midfield alongside Ryan Giggs. Shinji Kagawa and Nani also get recalls in attack.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Bayer Leverkusen

Leno, Can, Spahic, Donati, Toprak, Reinartz, Rolfes, Bender, Son, Castro, Kießling

Subs: Lomb, Stafylidis, Wollscheid, Hegeler, Kohr, Derdiyok, Kruse.

Man Utd

De Gea; Smalling, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra; Valencia, Jones, Giggs, Nani; Kagawa, Rooney.

Subs: Lindegaard, Buttner, Anderson, Young, Cleverley, Hernandez, Welbeck

Go!go! Man u. This is the best line up for now owing that our reliable injuries inflicted partially of our central defense and holding midfielders and of course our main striker-rvp is also affected. Gorgeous! I have faith of winning tonight.
