FA Cup Third Round Draw: Arsenal Draw Rivals Tottenham

The draw for the third round of the FA Cup took place today and there is little doubt what the stand-out tie is with Arsenal drawing north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

The duo will face-off at the Emirates in whats sure to be fiercely contested affair between two of the Premier League’s big-boys. Manchester United will also have to navigate past top-flight opposition with Michael Laudrups Swansea City coming to Old Trafford.

Manchester City will travel to Ewood Park to take on Blackburn Rovers while Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea also face an away trip as they will take on Championship side Derby County at Pride Park.

Liverpool have been handed a favourable draw as they’ll face either Oldham or Mansfield at Anfield. Elsewhere, Norwich take on Fulham and holders Wigan will take on the MK Dons at the DW Stadium. Click here to see a full draw.

The ties will take place on the weekend beginning January 4.
