[Teams] Liverpool vs Hull City: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on January 1, 2014

Liverpool entertain Hull City at Anfield this afternoon looking to start 2014 on a positive note.

The Reds have slipped to fifth in the Premier League table following back-to-back defeats to Man City and Chelsea so the Merseysiders will be hoping to get back to winning ways today.

Brendan Rodgers has opted to start Aly Cissokho at left back while Jordan Henderson is passed fit to play despite picking up a knock last time out. Iago Aspas also gets a rare start in attack.

Here are the line-ups:

Mignolet, Johnson, Cissokho, Skrtel, Agger, Lucas, Henderson, Coutinho, Aspas, Sterling, Suarez

Subs: Jones, Rossiter, Kelly, Toure, Moses, Alberto, Gerrard

Hull City

McGregor, Figueroa, Bruce, Chester, Davies, Meyler, Huddlestone, Koren, Livermore, Sagbo, Elmohamady

Subs: Harper, Rosenior, Graham, Fryatt, Boyd, Faye, Quinn.
