[Video Goals] Liverpool 2-2 Aston Villa: Reds Come From Two-Down To Clinch Point

Liverpool were forced to come from two-down to claim a 2-2 draw against Aston Villa at Anfield on Saturday evening.

The visitors took the lead in the 25th minute through Weimann before Benteke made it 2-0 just 10 minutes later when he was on hand to head home into an empty net after Mignolet had flapped at a cross.

However, Daniel Sturridge pulled one back on the stroke of half time before Luis Suarez won a penalty just minutes in to the second half after the referee adjudged he was fouled by Guzman. Steven Gerrard made no mistake for 2-2 from the spot.

The hosts couldn’t find a winner so they lose ground on the league leaders and could drop out of the top four if Everton win on Monday. Watch the goals here:
