Chelsea play host to Manchester United at Stamford Bridge this afternoon with both sides searching for three vital points.

The Blues need a win to close the gap on Arsenal and Man City after both picked up victories on Saturday while United are desperately needing to close the gap on the top four.

Jose Mourinho has opted to start Samuel Eto’o in attack with Fernando Torres among the substitutes. Branislav Ivanovic has made a surprise recovery to start at right back meaning Cesar Azpilicueta moves over the left. New-boy Nemanja Matic is on the bench.

David Moyes is able to welcome back Jonny Evans and Phil Jones with both starting today, while Ashley Young is preferred in attack to Shinji Kagawa.
