[Teams] Hull City vs Tottenham: Confirmed Line-Ups

Tottenham Hotspur take on Hull City at the KC Stadium this afternoon looking for a win to go level on points with fourth placed Liverpool.

Spurs head into the game sitting three points adrift in fifth following the midweek defeat to Manchester City but will be hoping to bounce back with a positive result today.

Boss Tim Sherwood has opted to recall the fit again Jan Vertonghen who comes in for Vlad Chiriches at the back, while Paulinho also comes back in for Mousa Dembele in midfield. Roberto Soldado renews his partnership with Emmanuel Adebayor up front.

      Because we’ve still got Lamela, Townsend, Dembele, Sandro and Kaboul to come back in to the squad is probably why. Get behind the lads and stop moaning!

        Your right but there’s no striker on that bench ready to play.. If ade is out you tell me who plays up top? Give lamela a go, give Kane a go, see if soldado comes good. No way! 1s not a striker the other needs time an pos a season prem loan the others not on form at all! We needed to buy a striker an we need help at the back! Wer letting goals in, not scoring but having lots of possession, it’s not rocket science! New manager that the board can get behind, another “this time next year” attitude an back to the beginning of last season again. I’m behind the lads just not the board.
