Chelsea take on Everton at Stamford Bridge in Saturday’s early kick off looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table.

Ahead of the game, boss Jose Mourinho has been speaking at his pre-match press conference and gave reporters a team news and injury update.

The Portuguese coach confirmed that John Terry is back in contention after missing the last three games with a leg injury. The skipper will come straight back in to the side in place of David Luiz, who’s been ruled out with a muscle injury.

Mourinho has also confirmed that he’ll play a strong side and won’t be tempted to rest any of his key men ahead of Wednesday nights Champions League clash with Galatasaray.

That means the likes of Branislav Ivanovic, Ramires, Oscar and Eden Hazard are all expected to start while Nemanja Matic could keep Frank Lampard out of the team in midfield. Fernando Torres is pushing for a recall after returning from injury and Willian is likely to be given the nod ahead of Mohamed Salah and Andre Schurrle in attack.

Here’s our predicted starting eleven.

With Chelsea playing first this weekend, they have the opportunity to extend their lead over second-placed Arsenal to four points ahead of  the Gunners clash with Sunderland later in the day.

Torres, Azpilicueta, Matic and Ramires are supposed not to start the game. Mikel, Lampard, Ashley Cole and Eto’o should start. This is a tough match we need strong squad, not the ones that failed us against City in FA Cup. Thank God David Luis is absent.

U have no idea of what a strong team should be. How on earth can u include Mikel, Lampard, and Ashley cole in a line up to play Everton, and talk about playing a strong team?. On current form, these players have no place in Chelsea.
Matic, Ramires, & Oscar, are just who we need in the middle against Everton please.
