[Teams] Norwich vs Tottenham: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on February 23, 2014

Tottenham take on Norwich City at Carrow Road this afternoon looking to close in on the top four.

Spurs head into the game sitting three points off fourth-place Liverpool – who are beating Swansea 4-3 at the time of writing – so they need a win to keep pace with the Merseysiders in the race for Champions League qualification.

Tim Sherwood has recalled several players from Thursday’s Europa League defeat. Hugo Lloris comes back in goal while Aaron Lennon starts on the right side of midfield with Andros Townsend dropping out.

Emmanuel Adebayor returns up front in place of Roberto Soldado but Christian Eriksen must make do with a place among the subs. Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Ruddy; Martin, Yobo, Bassong, Olsson; Tettey, Johnson; Snodgrass, Fer, Redmond; van Wolfswinkel.

Subs: Bunn, Whittaker, Howson, Hooper, Pilkington, Hoolahan, Elmander

Lloris; Naughton, Dawson, Vertonghen, Rose; Capoue, Bentaleb, Paulinho; Lennon, Adebayor, Dembele.

Subs: Friedel, Fryers, Chadli, Eriksen, Townsend, Kane, Soldado.
