[Teams] England vs Denmark: Wilshere + Cole Start But Liverpool Dominate Line-Up

England take on Denmark at Wembley this evening as Roy Hodgson’s men continue their preparations for this summers World Cup, here is the team news.

Chelsea’s Ashley Cole starts at left-back ahead of Luke Shaw while Manchester United defender Chris Smalling fills in for the injured Phil Jagielka alongside Gary Cahill at the back.

Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere starts in midfield but the team is dominated by Liverpool players as Glen Johnson, Steven Gerrard, Jordan Henderson, Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge all make the starting eleven. Wayne Rooney spearheads the attack while Joe Hart gets the nod in goal.

Arsenal’s Nicklas Bendtner starts for the visitors while Liverpool defender Daniel Agger also stats at the back.
