Referees Announced For Weekend Fixtures: See Who’s In Charge Of Your Teams Game

By on March 17, 2014

We’ve just enjoyed another enthralling weekend of Premier League action that’s see the title race well and truly become a four-horse race.

Chelsea opened the door to their rivals after slipping up away at Aston Villa on Saturday night but the game didn’t go off without incident, as Jose Mourinho was sent to the stands after referee Chris Foy had sent off Willian and Ramires in the second half while he also controversially disallowed a Chelsea goal with the score still at 0-0.

Liverpool took full advantage by thrashing Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday with the visitors being awarded three penalties, while Nemanja Vidic was sent off by Mark Clattenburg for a second yellow card for an apparent foul on Daniel Sturridge, although replays showed the striker had dived.

Arsenal also kept themselves in touch at the top with a hard fought 1-0 win over North London rivals Tottenham at White Hart Lane, but the Gunners were disappointed referee Mike Dean hadn’t awarded them a penalty when Jan Vertonghen appeared to haul down Laurent Koscielny in the box.

These were just a handful of incidents fans up and down the country were left debating this weekend. With the spotlight well and truly on the referee’s these days, it’s no wonder supporters are eager to find out who’ll be officiating their teams upcoming fixtures.

Here’s a run-through of which referees have been selected for this weekends big Premier League games:

Please don’t give Chelsea games to Foy anymore!
We don’t want to see him and he probably don’t want to see us!
We call for a restraining order on Chris Foy since he will probably do all he can to make Chelsea lose….pretty much a disgrace to England…

In my own opinion and based on d rule of the game, i thnk Ramires deserved a d red card but what offence did Willian rlly commit to deserve a second yellow and y did Foy disallow Matic’s goal?

Foy deserved to be banned for the rest of the season cus his harsh sending off chelsea seem to be easy for him, so he must penalised if FA are fair enough. Chelsea should pls appeal ramires & willian red card, @ list FA will rescined willian red if not both.

Matic handled the ball… It was obvious! I am sure FA will come up with one silly excuse over mou and willian’s case. Though, chelsea didn’t really play well against villa, a draw should have been ok. Its FA’s gimmick to derail chelsea. Mou should just keep quiet in order not to get into more trouble. Beat arsenal and come back on track

This entitlement mind set is my greatest problem with you DELUDED CHELSEA FANS. You have forgotten that what goes around must surely comes around. The dubious penalty awarded to you in your home match against Westbrom, that warranted the referee chief to openly apologise to Westbrom or the{dubious again} penalty awarded to you against Tottenham when the score was just one nil in your favour{which also reduced Spurs to TEN MEN} thereby giving you numerical advantage over them and for close any chance of a fight back. It is an open secret that your so called SPECIAL OR HAPPY{BUT ON THIS OCCASION, UNHAPPY} ONE, is a master of DIRTY MIND GAMES. Now that he is being beaten to his own game, you are all finding it difficult to swallow.

Chris foy should never be allowed to handle any chelsea’s match. England F.A should look into it very well or always there wl b qaos in the field.he(foy) is such an unprofessional refree and should even be banned if they are to judge it very well.

It was apparent that Chris Foy was bias in the field, his gestures alone showed he was really pushing us(chelsea) to ‘death’. Yes we are aware,no other fan from any team will help us talk about this and we dont expect that.Morino didn’t even react to expectation.
