Liverpool are in the capital to take on West Ham at Upton Park this afternoon looking to climb back to the top of the Premier League table.

The Reds have dropped to second after seeing Manchester City beat Southampton 4-1 on Saturday while Chelsea are also hot on their heels after a 3-0 win over Stoke, so the pressure is on for the Merseysiders to regain top spot heading into the final five games.
