By on April 27, 2014

The big one has arrived as Liverpool take on Chelsea at Anfield this afternoon in a game that will go a long way to determining where the title end up this season.

The Reds head into the game holding a five point lead over the West Londoners at the top of the table so a 12th victory in a row today will see Brendan Rodgers men move to within touching distance of their first title in 24 years.

Daniel Sturridge returns to the subs bench after missing last weeks win over Norwich with a hamstring strain, so Rodgers has named an unchanged starting eleven.

Jose Mourinho has rested some of his key men for the game with Tomas Kalas coming in for Gary Cahill at the back. John Terry, Petr Cech and Eden Hazard all miss out through injury while Ramires is suspended.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Mignolet, Johnson, Flanagan, Skrtel, Sakho, Gerrard, Allen, Lucas, Coutinho, Sterling, Suarez

Subs: Jones, Toure, Agger, Cissokho, Alberto, Aspas, Sturridge

Schwarzer, Azpilicueta, Kalas, Ivanovic, Cole, Matic, Mikel, Salah, Lampard, Schurrle, Ba

Subs: Hilario, Ake, Cahill, Van Ginkel, Baker, Willian, Torres
