By on May 4, 2014

Chelsea will look to go top of the table for at least 24 hours when they take on Norwich City at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

The Blues head into the game sitting two points adrift of Manchester City and Liverpool so a win would see them go one point clear ahead of the Merseysiders game with Crystal Palace on Monday night.

Jose Mourinho has opted to drop Eden Hazard from his starting line-up today with Mohamed Salah coming into the attack alongside Willian and Andre Schurrle. Demba Ba starts up front ahead of Fernando Torres and samuel Eto’o.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Schwarzer; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole; Lampard, Matic; Salah, Willian, Schurrle; Ba

Subs: Hilario, Kalas, D Luiz, Van Ginkel, Hazard, Torres, Eto’o

Ruddy; Martin, R Bennett, Turner, Whittaker; Tettey; Snodgrass, Johnson, Howson, Olsson; Elmander.

Subs: Bunn, Bassong, Van Wolfswinkel, Fer, Hooper, E Bennett, Redmond.
