Manchester United ended a disappointing season with a 1-1 draw away at Southampton on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils fell behind early on to a Rickie Lambert strike before Juan Mata levelled things up with a stunning second half free-kick.
The final day results left United finishing the season in seventh place meaning they will have no European football to look forward to next season.
After the game, several of the Manchester United players took to social media networks like Twitter and Facebook to react to the draw, with the likes of Wayne Rooney, Juan Mata, Ashley Young and David De Gea all having their say.
All the players thanked the fans for all their support during this difficult this season and promised the club will come back stronger next season.
See what the players had to say here:

Haha Young you’ll not be included in that “We” next season, you’re the worst Winger we’ve had in the past decade. And if it were up to me Rooney would be not there next season either.

Hello this is kind of of off topic but I was
wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code
with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get guidance from someone
with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
