Liverpool continued their pre-season preparations after coming from a goal-down to beat Preston 2-1 this afternoon.
The hosts took the just just before half time when Josh Brownhill poked home from close-range after Jones had saved the initial shot.
However, Liverpool drew level in spectacular style when Suso fired home the equaliser from the edge of the area in the 74th minute before Kristoffer Peterson’s deflected effort won it for the Reds five minutes later.
Liverpool will now head off on their pre-season tour of America with Roma up next at Boston’s Fenway Park.
