[Video Goals] Man Utd 4-0 QPR: Di Maria Shines As United Thrash Rangers

Manchester United got back to winning ways in spectacular fashion with a comprehensive 4-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on Sunday afternoon.

Angel Di Maria was the star of the show and the Argentine opened the scoring when his dangerous free-kick evaded everybody in the box to find it’s way past Robert Green in the QPR goal.

The former Real Madrid man was involved in the second as his good work led to Ander Herrera drilling home for 2-0 from the edge of the area, before Wayne Rooney cut inside to fire past Green for 3-0 just before half-time.

If the game wasn’t already over it at the break, it soon was when Di Maria’s cross-come-shot found Juan Mata free in the area and the Spaniard made no mistake to make it 4-0. United could have scored further goals but in the end Louis van Gaal’s men had to make do with four as they registered their first victory of the season in emphatic style.
