[Teams] West Ham vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on September 20, 2014

Liverpool are in the capital to take on West Ham at Upton Park this evening and will be hoping to bounce back from last weeks defeat.

The Reds slumped to a shock 1-0 loss at home to Aston Villa last Saturday so boss Brendan Rodgers will be demanding an instant response from his players tonight.

Daniel Sturridge remains out with a thigh injury so Mario Balotelli continues to lead the line up front. Glen Johnson and Jon Flanagan are also out so Javier Manquillo starts at right back while fit-again Martin Skrtel comes back in for Mamadou Sakho.

Lucas Leiva and Fabio Borini also gets a rare starts with Adam Lallana and Philippe Coutinho making way.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

West Ham

Adrian, Reid, Cresswell, Tomkins, Kouyate, Downing, Sakho, Noble, Demel, Song, Valencia

Subs: Jaaskelainen, Zarate, Vaz Te, Jenkinson, Collins, Amalfitano, Cole

Mignolet, Manquillo, Moreno, Lovren, Skrtel, Gerrard, Henderson, Lucas, Sterling, Borini, Balotelli.
