[Teams] Liverpool vs Everton: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on September 27, 2014

Liverpool will be looking to kick start their Premier League campaign when they take on Merseyside rivals Everton at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime.

The Reds stuttering early season form continued last week with a disappointing 3-1 loss to West Ham so Brendan Rodgers will be keen to get back to winning ways today.

The Northern Irishman will have to make do without star striker Daniel Sturridge again as he fails to even make the bench, so Mario Balotelli continues to lead the line up front.

Jordan Henderson passed a late fitness test and starts in midfield alongside Steven Gerrard, while Lazar Markovic, Raheem Sterling and Adam Lallana support Balotelli in attack.

Here are the confirmed line-ups

Mignolet, Manquillo, Skrtel, Lovren, Moreno, Henderson, Gerrard, Markovic, Lallana, Sterling, Balotelli.

Subs: Jones, Toure, Enrique, Lucas, Suso, Coutinho, Lambert

Howard, Hibbert, Baines, Jagielka, Stones, Barry, McCarthy, Besic, Mirallas, Naismith, Lukaku

Subs: Joel, Gibson, Eto’o, McGeady, Browning, Osman, Alcaraz.

Whats your predicted score for the game now we’ve seen the teams?
