[Teams] Man Utd vs West Ham: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on September 27, 2014

Manchester United will look to get their season back on track when they entertain West Ham at Old Trafford this afternoon.

The Red Devils early-season struggles continued with a disappointing 5-3 defeat at Leicester City last weekend so Louis van Gaal will be desperate to kick start their campaign with a win today.

The Dutchman has handed a debut to young centre-back Paddy McNair with Chris Smalling, Jonny Evans and Phil Jones all injured, and Tyler Blackett suspended.

Juan Mata only makes the bench as van Gaal goes with Wayne Rooney behind Radamel Falcao and Robin van Persie in attack.

Here are the confirmed line-ups

Man Utd

De Gea, Rafael, McNair, Rojo, Shaw, Blind, Herrera, Di Maria, Rooney, van Persie, Falcao

Subs: Lindegaard, Thorpe, Fletcher, Pereira, Valencia, Mata, Januzaj

West Ham

Adrian, Reid, Cresswell, Tomkins, Downing, Sakho, Demel, Amalfitano, Poyet, Song, Valencia

Subs: Jaaskelainen, Nolan, Zarate, Vaz Te, Jenkinson, Collins, Cole

Whats your predicted score for the game now we’ve seen the teams?
