[Teams] Tottenham vs Newcastle: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on October 26, 2014

Tottenham get back to Premier League action when they take on Newcastle United at White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs warmed up for the game with a 5-1 thrashing of Asteras Tripolis in the Europa League on Thursday night and Maurico Pochettino will be hoping to transfer that form to domestic matters after an inconsistent start to the campaign.

Kyle Walker remains out so Eric Dier starts at right-back while Jan Vertonghen starts alongside Younes Kaboul with Federico Fazio suspended. Harry Kane must make do with a place on the bench despite hitting a hat-trick in midweek.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Lloris, Dier, Kaboul, Vertonghen, Rose; Capoue, Mason; Chadli, Eriksen, Lamela; Adebayor

Subs: Vorm, Chiriches, Davies, Dembele, Lennon, Kane, Soldado

Krul; Janmaat, S.Taylor, Coloccini, Dummett; Anita, Colback; Sissoko, Perez, Obertan; Gouffran

Subs: Elliot, Haidara, R.Taylor, Ameobi, Cabella, Armstrong, Ferreyra.

Whats your predicted score now we’ve seen the teams?
