[Teams] Swansea vs Arsenal: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on November 9, 2014

Arsenal will be looking to put Tuesday’s disappointed behind them when they take on Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.

Arsene Wenger has been forced into making one change from the side that drew 3-3 with Anderlecht on Tuesday night with Mathieu Flamini coming in for Mikel Arteta after the Spaniard picked up a hamstring problem in midweek.

That means Nacho Monreal keeps his place in defence alongside Per Mertesacker with Calum Chambers at right-back. Jack Wilshere returns from illness but only makes the bench as Aaron Ramsey keeps his place in midfield.

Lukasz Fabianski starts for Swansea and faces-up against former club Arsenal for the first time since leaving in the summer.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Fabianski, Rangel, Bartley, Williams, Taylor, Ki, Carroll, Sigurdsson, Emnes, Montero, Bony.

Subs: Tremmel, Tiendalli, Amat, Britton, Fulton, Barrow, Gomis.

Szczesny, Chambers, Mertesacker, Monreal, Gibbs, Flamini, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Alexis, Cazorla, Welbeck

Subs: Martinez, Bellerin, Rosicky, Wilshere, Podolski, Walcott, Sanogo
