[Teams] Schalke vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

Chelsea will be looking to book their place in the knockout stages when they take on Schalke in the Champions League this evening.

The Blues head into the game sitting three points clear at the top of Group G so know victory will seal qualification to the knockout stages with a game to spare.

Jose Mourinho has named his strongest side with Thibaut Courtois starting in goal and while the settled back four of Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill, John Terry and Cesar Azpilicueta all keep their place.

Diego Costa starts up front while Cesc Fabregas, Eden Hazard and Oscar also make the starting eleven.
