[Teams] Chelsea vs West Ham: Confirmed Line-Ups

Chelsea kick off the festive period when they welcome high-flying West Ham United to Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day.

Jose Mourinho has named a full strength team for the game with Thibaut Courtois starting in goal and the settled back four of Branislav Ivanovic, Gary Cahill, John Terry and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Cesc Fabregas moves back into midfield alongside Nemanja Matic with Oscar coming into the attack with Eden Hazard and Willian. The trio will support Diego Costa up front.
