Liverpool will be looking to close the gap on the top four when they take on Swansea at Anfield on Monday night. 

Brendan Rodgers has made four changes from the side that beat Burnley. Captain Steven Gerrard is rested with Jordan Henderson moving into central midfield as Javier Manquillo starts on the right.

Alberto Moreno comes in on the left while Emre Can replacing Kolo Toure in defence. Simon Mignolet is recalled in goal with Brad Jones ruled out with a thigh injury.
