Tottenham Hotspur duo Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen are joined by Thomas Vermaelen and Manchester City skipper Vincent Kompany in defence.
Recent City signing Kevin De Bruyne is also selected from the start along with Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
Liverpool duo Simon Mignolet and Divock Origi are among the substitutes along with Adnan Januzaj, Kevin Mirallas and Nacer Chadli.
