Chelsea will look to continue their unbeaten domestic run when they take on Norwich City at Carrow Road on Tuesday night.

After enduring a disastrous start to their title defence, the Blues are yet to lose a Premier League game since Guus Hiddink took over from Jose Mourinho in late December.

They preserved that record with a 2-1 comeback victory at Southampton on Saturday afternoon which saw the West Londoners climb above Everton in to eleventh spot in the table.

A win at Carrow Road could see Chelsea rise to as high as eighth if other results go their way but with fourth-placed Manchester City still eleven points adrift, a top four finish still looks extremely unlikely this season.

Norwich are desperate for points themselves with six losses in their last seven games leaving the Canaries sitting seventeenth in the table with just goal difference keeping them out of the bottom three, so Alex Neil will be keen for a positive result tonight.

Team news

Chelsea will continue to be without John Terry as the skipper is still nursing a hamstring injury and Hiddink has confirmed he won’t rush the 35-year-old back too soon.

With Kurt Zouma out for the rest of the season with a knee injury, Branislav Ivanovic will continue at centre-back but Kenedy could come in for Baba Rahman after he was hauled off at half-time against Southampton.

Alexandre Pato could feature for the first time since making his loan move in January but Radamel Falcao remains out with a groin injury while Pedro has been ruled out with a hamstring problem.

Norwich will hand late fitness tests to Sebastien Bassong and Wes Hoolahan but Andre Wisdom is still out with a knee injury while Patrick Bamford is ineligible to face his parent club.

Norwich 1-2 Chelsea: The Blues did well to secure all three points at St Mary’s on Saturday and I think they’ll end up having too much for a spirited Norwich side this evening. I’m going with a narrow away win here.
