[Tweets] Ozil, Walcott & More: Arsenal Players Celebrate FA Cup Win On Twitter

Some of the Arsenal players have been celebrating on Twitter after we booked our place in the quarter finals of the FA Cup with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Hull City on Tuesday night.
Olivier Giroud – who welcomed his newborn baby son to the world on Monday – opened the scoring on the stroke of half time before doubling our advantage mid-way through the second half with a fine volley.
Theo Walcott then wrapped things up with a late double himself to secure a 4-0 victory which means we’ll now host Watford at the Emirates on Sunday afternoon in the quarter finals.
While the win was certainly a welcome one, the game did come at a cost as Per Mertesacker, Gabriel and Aaron Ramsey all picked up injuries last night and Mesut Ozil took to Twitter immediately after the match to not only celebrate our victory but to also wish his team mates a speedy recovery.
Alex Iwobi, Theo Walcott, Calum Chambers and Joel Campbell also posted messages on Twitter to celebrate Arsenal booking their place in the last eight of the FA Cup, while many also dedicated the win to Giroud’s new son.
Check out what the players have had to say here:
