[Photos] Chelsea’s Home Shirt For 2016/17 Season Leaked Online
Here we bring you images of Chelsea’s new 2016/17 home shirt which have been leaked and circulating online this afternoon. Check it out here
It’s that time of year when we start to see images and photos ‘leaked’ on the internet in anticipation of the release of next season’s football kits.
Today it’s the turn of Chelsea with footyheadlines – who are well known for leaking kits ahead of their official release date – publishing what appears to be the new Chelsea home shirt for the 2016/17 season.
This is certainly the most convincing of the images that have been circulating online in recent months and it appears to be of an actual shirt rather than a computer generated mock-up.
If accurate, then Chelsea will once again be wearing the traditional blue home shirt next year with the design featuring the Chelsea lion as a watermark across the entire front body of the kit.
The only other detailing on the shirt, other than the sponsors logos and club badge, is a white v-neck collar, so it’s a fairly basic design.
It’s the latest offering from kit manufacturers Adidas, who signed a long-term deal in 2013, and it’s rumoured that Chelsea will wear this kit for their final home game of the season against Leicester City.
