Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois once again starts in-between the sticks while team mate Eden Hazard starts in attack along with Everton hitman Romelu Lukaku.
Tottenham Hotspur centre-back Toby Alderweireld lines-up alongside Thomas Vermealen in the middle of defence while team mate Jan Vertonghen once again starts at left-back.
However, there is no place for Spurs midfielder Moussa Dembele as Axel Witsel and Radja Nainggolan get the nod in the middle of the park while Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne keeps his place in attack.
