[Teams] RC Lens vs Arsenal: Confirmed Line-Ups

Arsenal continued their pre-season preparations with our first friendly of the summer as we take on RC Lens as the Stade Bollaert-Delelis stadium this evening.

Arsene Wenger continued to be without several of his international stars following their exploits at Euro 2016 and Copa America but we’re still able to field a very competitive side tonight.

Per Mertesacker captains the side while Mathieu Debuchy, Calum Chambers and Nacho Monreal also start in an experienced back four with Francis Coquelin joining Mohamed Elneny in midfield.

Theo Walcott starts in attack along with youngsters Alex Iwobi and Jeff Reine-Adelaide while Chuba Akpom leads the line up front.
