[Video Goals] Zorya 0-2 Man Utd: Mkhitaryan Solo Goal Helps Utd Book Last-32 Spot

Manchester United booked their place in the last-32 of the Europa League thanks to a 2-0 victory over Zorya Luhansk in Odessa this evening.

Freezing temperatures ensured it was a slow start to the game and neither side had much to shout about as the teams went off level at 0-0 at half-time.

However, United broke the deadlock just minutes after the restart as Henrikh Mkhitaryan waltzed his way through the Zorya defence before cooly slotting home for 0-1 in the 48th minute.

The visitors were in control during the second period and eventually wrapped-up the three points when Paul Pogba released Zlatan Ibrahimovic with a superb through-ball and the Swede raced clear to make it 0-2 in the 88th minute.

The win sees Jose Mourinho’s men secure their place in the draw for the knockout stages but they finish runners-up in Group A after Fenerbahce beat Feyenoord in tonight’s other game.
