Some of the Manchester United player have been celebrating on social media after their resounding 4-0 win over Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup this afternoon.
Some of the Manchester United player have been celebrating on social media after they booked their place in the fifth round of the FA Cup with a resounding 4-0 win over Wigan Athletic this afternoon.
United opened the scoring shortly before half time as Marouane Fellaini powered home a header following a Bastian Schweinsteiger cross before Chris Smalling made it 2-0 with a header in the 57th minute.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan got in on the act as he tapped home from close range in the 74th minute after being teed-up by Anthony Martial and Schweinsteiger capped the perfect afternoon’s work by scoring a fine fourth late on.
The win see’s United book their place in tomorrow night’s fifth round draw so understandably the players have been celebrating the victory on social media this evening.
Smalling, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Mkhitaryan, Schweinsteiger and Fellaini have all posted message on Twitter while Wayne Rooney also uploaded a photo and message to his official Instagram account.
