Antonio Conte has been boosted by the news that Tiemoue Bakayoko has been passed fit to start despite picking up a groin problem during the win over Roma in midweek.
The Frenchman, therefore, lines-up alongside Cesc Fabregas in midfield with Pedro recalled to join Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata in attack.
David Luiz has also recovered from a calf issue to start alongside Gary Cahill in defence while Antonio Rudiger gets a recall with Cesar Azpilicueta moving out to the right wing-back position.
Davide Zappacosta drops to the bench alongside Willian, Andreas Christensen and Michy Batshuayi.
