Ragnar Klavan continues alongside Joel Matip at the back with Dejan Lovren ruled out while Albero Moreno keeps his place at left-back with Andrew Robertson on the bench.

Erme Can gets a recall in midfield with Jordan Henderson rested while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain gets a rare start with Philippe Coutinho ruled out with an adductor injury.

Roberto Firmino moves back through the middle as Daniel Sturridge drops to the bench. Mohamed Salah keeps his place in the attack.
