Arsene Wenger has surprisingly reverted to a 4-2-3-1 formation with David Ospina coming in between the sticks as a number of first team regulars are given a rest.
Mathieu Debuchy gets another start at right-back with Calum Chambers alongside Rob Holding in the middle of defence and Ainsley Maitland-Niles getting a chance to impress at left-back.
Francis Coquelin starts alongside Mohamed Elneny at the base of midfield with Jack Wilshere playing just in front while Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck line-up in attack.
