Liverpool have been told they can sign Napoli star Piotr Zielinski this summer but only if they put a whopping £57.3m on the table, according to a report by TeamTalk.
Zielinski has long been linked with a move to Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp first identifying the attacking midfielder as a target when he took over the reigns at Anfield in October 2015.
The Reds even held talks with Zielinski’s camp, however, they failed to agree a deal with Udinese which allowed Napoli to swoop in and sign the 29-cap Polish international in the summer of 2016.
Zielinski has gone on to develop in to one of the most highly-rated midfielders in Italian football with the 23-year-old scoring 8 goals to help Napoli compete with Juventus for the Serie A title this season.
His impressive form has once again alerted Liverpool as TeamTalk claim Klopp is ready to renew his interest in signing Zielinski this summer after continuing to monitor his development in Italy.
Liverpool are expected to be in the market for an attacking midfielder this summer after failing to replace Philippe Coutinho in January and Zielinski plays in similar positions to the Brazilian international.
However, Napoli won’t sell the youngster on the cheap and TeamTalk are citing a report from Corriere dello Sport that claims they’ve made it clear it would take £57.3m to force them in to a deal.

It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be prepared to meet that valuation but Klopp must be kicking himself for not pushing through a deal in 2016 when he had the chance.
