Chelsea will be looking to keep the pressure on Tottenham and Liverpool with a win when Huddersfield arrive at Stamford Bridge tonight.

The Blues kept alive their hopes of snatching a top four place with a hard fought 1-0 victory over Liverpool on Sunday afternoon with Olivier Giroud heading home the winner midway through the first half.

That victory moved Chelsea to within just two points of Tottenham – who play Newcastle tonight – and three points off third-placed Liverpool with a game in hand.

Therefore, a win tonight would move Antonio Conte’s men level on points with the Merseysiders heading in to the final game of the season while they’ll also be keeping a close eye on the score at Wembley.

Huddersfield are in desperate need of points themselves as they’re just three points off 18th placed Swansea with a worse goal difference so they need a point in their final two games to guarantee top flight football next season.

Chelsea welcome Alvaro Morata back in to the squad after he recovered from a knock that kept him out against Liverpool but David Luiz is still out with a knee injury.

Huddersfield have been boosted by the return to fitness of Tom Ince but Terence Kongolo and Chris Löwe picked up knocks during the 0-0 draw at Man City on Sunday.
