Unai Emery has rotated his squad as he keeps one eye on Sunday’s Premier League clash with Wolves. Petr Cech is recalled between the sticks with Emi Martinez on the bench as Bernd Leno is rested. Carl Jenkinson gets a rare chance to impress as Hector Bellerin is given a breather while Stephan Lichtsteiner also comes in with Sead Kolasinac dropping to the bench.
Sokratis returns from injury to start alongside Rob Holding while Matteo Guendouzi and Aaron Ramsey come in for Lucas Torreira and Granit Xhaka in midfield. Emile Smith Rowe is given a chance to impress as he gets a recall along with Alex Iwobi to start with Henrikh Mkhitaryan in attack.
Danny Welbeck leads the line up front with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang named among the substitutes along with Eddie Nketiah and Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
